What a great start for Northwest Illinois CEO!

We wrapped up our second day with our full group together, continuing to get to know one another through a Survival Challenge team-building exercise. We were also excited to welcome Regional Office of Education Superintendent and Northwest Illinois CEO Board Member Chris Shockey for a visit!

The first two days have been a great way to kick off the year—building relationships, working together, and beginning to create our CEO culture.
