Today, our Northwest Illinois CEO students learned more about themselves and how they interact with others.

Sally Noble, Vice President of Recruiting at Hughes Recruiting & Consulting, led a great session on DISC, exploring behavioral styles, communication, and the value of understanding different personalities.

We also discussed how our tendencies can change over time as we grow and gain experience. What a valuable opportunity for these young entrepreneurs to develop self-awareness at this stage of their lives—something that will serve them well as teammates, leaders, and future business owners.

Thank you, Sally, for sharing your time and expertise and for investing in our students!
