A little fun—and a lot of learning—in CEO this morning! 🍩
After sharing some donuts, students selected captains, drafted two teams, and got to work on a challenge: two identical 300-piece puzzles—with no picture for reference.
Each team had to determine its own strategy, communicate, and work together without knowing exactly what they were trying to build. Partway through, they were given the picture—and it was interesting to see how quickly their approach changed once they could see the bigger picture.
The challenge brought several CEO Key Concepts to life:
Team Work • Active Listening • Problem Solving • Adaptability & Flexibility • Critical Thinking
A simple challenge with some great lessons about communication, teamwork, and the importance of knowing where you’re headed.
